First Appearance of Arnold Cowen
18 November 2007 marked as the date of Arnold Cowen's first appearance. "Fit and Fresh Gym Awards 2007 and Open Aerobic Competition" by Fit and Fresh Gym (Jakarta) at Grand Ballroom Astron Atrium Senen.
