ROCK OUT YOUR BODY by Mybody gym was a huge success. A circuit training of RPM, BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT and BODYJAM in the ballroom of Alila Hotel, Jakarta attracted Les Mills enthusiasts to test their strength, stamina and endurance.
